Let's shake up Edmonton's hospitality landscape Meet Edmonton's newest cocktail bar opening October 2023 in the heart of downtown, on 104 street.

Our Owner and Chef have brought Edmonton some of the most recognizable venues and are proud to introduce a new innovative, exclusive experience.

The owners are looking to elevate the cocktail and tapas experience by featuring world class chefs, a curated custom cocktail menu, gourmet Asian-infused tapas, and lively entertainment.


We are currently building a team of hospitality professionals who put their hearts into every guest interaction and are passionate about customer service and teamwork.

Our team members will have great communication skills and a true passion for working with people. We aim to build long lasting relationships with our guests and offer an elevated experience.

We are in search of professional Bartenders who strive to create memorable experiences for our guests.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Responsible for producing our intricate cocktails and beverages with passion and creativity.
  • Effectively articulate the theme of the speakeasy by highlighting the bar menu and making suggestions based on guest questions or enquiries.
  • Create a connection and communicate with every guest you interact with.
  • Ensure all guests orders are taken accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Continuously ensure that every guest leaves satisfied and happy with their experience.
  • Uphold bar stocking procedures & cleanliness standards.
  • Proactively assist other bartenders when needed.
  • Ensure you are complying with local health and safety codes.
  • Be responsible for communicating to the management team, and bar staff regarding intoxicated guests, and promoting proper actions to ensure safety of various aspects of the bar food safety, potential hazards for employees or guests.

  • SmartServe Certified
  • Incredibly personable & able to offer honest and genuine communication.
  • Able to create a unique, memorable and high quality experience to every guest.
  • High attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Able to work cohesively with a team or hospitality professionals and know when to lean on management.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Organisational skills and sales ability.
  • Ability to multitask successfully.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to move heavy items.

Hours:

Wednesday 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Thursday 4:00 pm - Midnight

Friday 4:00 pm to late

Saturday 4:00 pm to late

Sunday 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
From $15.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Evening shift
  • Night shift
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

  • Tips

  • Edmonton, AB T5J 0Z9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Bartending: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Smart Serve/Pro Serve (required)

Shift availability:

  • Overnight Shift (required)
