- Initiate contact with potential clients through effective cold calling techniques and obtaining referrals from current clients, presenting our company's value proposition.
- Work closely with the outbound business development team to close opportunities.
- Develops strong business relationships in growing existing accounts, prospects for opportunities within account base.
- Represent the company at industry events such as trade shows.
- Showcase our comprehensive range of energy-saving solutions and services to potential clients, highlighting the unique benefits that align with their needs.
- Actively listen to potential clients to understand their pain points, challenges, and goals and translate these insights into tailored solutions that effectively address their requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and leads in the CRM system.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' offerings to effectively position EnerSavings Inc. as a leader in sustainable energy solutions.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the company's corporate social responsibility initiatives and effectively communicate these values to potential clients.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Strong analytical skills to understand data and make decisions accordingly.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in B2B sales, preferably within the commercial facilities space
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- A strong understanding of energy-saving solutions, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and other sales enablement tools.
- Familiarity with tools like AI, GPT, and Microsoft Suite is required.
