Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be supporting our TELUS Employer Solutions team. You will work closely with our internal business partners and external clients. As a member of this team, you will collaborate with many internal and external resources.

Liaising with the external clients, you will draft test plans and lead business process reviews, making sure that we reach the end goal of making the HCM technology meet all of their needs.

Here's how
You will troubleshoot and problem solve system issues and provide recommendations for resolution.

As an ambassador of our solutions, you will manage timely resolution of Priority Heat tickets independently on functional front, and manage functional review and impact analysis of fixes or custom changes, to ensure they satisfy the design specifications standards.

Qualifications:

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering or a related field
3 or more years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or a related position
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in Agile development environments
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with business process modeling and mapping tools
Knowledge of SQL programming language preferred
