    Buffalo Catering Employees LP is currently looking to fill a position for a Front Desk Attendant at Beaver River Executive Lodge. The Front Desk Attendant works as a member of the Front Desk Team to achieve overall performance goals identify opportunities and maintain an efficient, effective work environment. Reporting to the designated Supervisor, the successful candidate will work 20 days on and 10 days off rotation, which may include days, nights, weekend shifts, and statutory holidays.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Process registrations, departures, and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
    • Demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests, managers, and staff members
    • Communicate to the management team any guest concerns or challenges
    • Operate in accordance to established policies, procedures, and quality standards
    • Maintain an organized and clean work area
    • Assist in other areas of operations as needed
    Qualifications
    • 1-2 years' hotel experience working in a front desk capacity
    • Ability to meet deadlines (email, telephone inquiries, and guest inquiries)
    • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office programs and Hotel reservation systems such as Innfinity
    • Must be willing to work shift work, 24hr desk
    • Ability to work independently with little supervision
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Possess a positive, friendly and professional attitude
    • Ability to work well with peers in a group environment
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Proven ability to solve problem
