SeaLink Immigration Services is a renowned Immigration consultancy deeply rooted in Canada. We are seeking an experienced Immigration Consultant to join our team.


Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs)


Duties:


  • Lead and mentor a team of immigration consultants and support staff, fostering an environment of growth and professional development.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the firm's services and client base, including integrating existing practices and client lists of new team members.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of Canadian immigration policies and procedures, advising the team and clients accordingly.
  • Manage a portfolio of immigration cases, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and timelines.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout their immigration journey.
  • Collaborate with senior management to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
1- Express entry, PNP, AIP & RNIP.

2- LMIA based work permits

5- Spouse Sponsorship and Work Permits

6- Visitor visa and extensions.

Other work-related tasks can also be given to the caseworker if required such as:

  • Conduct assessments and interviews with clients to determine their needs and eligibility for services
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans for clients
  • Provide counseling and support to clients, including crisis intervention and referral to appropriate resources
  • Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to service plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate client records and documentation

Experience:


  • Immigration Counselling (Minimum 2 Years Preferred)
  • Filling Caseworker (Minimum 2 Years Preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay:
$20.00-$26.00 per hour

Experience:

Immigration Consultant: 2 years (required)

  • Direct sales: 1 year (preferred)
Filling Caseworker: 2 years (required)

  • Punjabi (required)
  • Hindi (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • RCIC License (required)
