Description

The Shop Hand/General Labourer will support operational efficiency, company profitability and customer satisfaction by accurately and safely working in all areas of the shop.

This includes helping with the brake operator, powder coat operator, welders, equipment operators and housekeeping duties.

Job Duties

• Receive, understand and execute instructions from Shop Manager and senior employees.
• Perform general physical activities in order to load, unload, sort and move shipments by hand or using a forklift
• Experience with various hand and power tools
• Packing and setting up orders for delivery or pick up.
• Communicate positively with supervisors, colleagues and customers to coordinate delivery and pick up.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Proven, exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Ability to present a professional image to others
• Ability to lift and carry products (up to 50lbs) on occasion without any physical restraints or conditions
• Assembly product lines that we manufacture/fabricate

Education Minimum High School Diploma


Salary:
$18.00-$24.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:
