Chantilly Forever FC Academy is an established progressive organization with a proven methodology and track record of developing high performance players.
We are looking for high energy soccer coaches to lead our academy teams for upcoming 2023/2024 seasonCoaching sessions are at various locations in the Hamilton, Ontario, Canada area. Must be available throughout the year evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Lead training sessions and/or games various teams/age groups
- Mentor and motivate the players
- Manage performance and game environment
- Follow established curriculum
- Report to Technical Director
Qualifications (minimum)
- Making Ethical Decisions
- Making Headway & Respect in Soccer
- C License or equivalent certification
- Understanding and adoption of the Canada Soccer's Long-Term Player Development Plan
- Pro/Semi pro/Varsity playing experience (preferred)
- 3 years coaching competitive youth teams (minimum)
- Must be a resident within the Hamilton region.

- Strong Leadership, Motivation and Mentoring Skills
- A team player who can work effectively with all staff, parents and players
- Strong verbal and communication skills both on the field and electronically
- Able to work and adapt in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong reliability, attendance and punctuality must be displayed
- A strong knowledge of tactical development
- Embrace a "Development First" Mindset, where training and development comes before winning
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 5-10 per week
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

In person
