Job Summary

The Building Administrator acts as the on-site representative of the management company and is responsible for managing all aspects of maintenance coordination and rule adherence.

Qualifications
  • 1–3 years previous experience in building administration.
  • Excellent customer service skills and previous experience in customer service role.
  • General understanding of building care and maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently while problem solving.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, computer and written communication skills.
