SEEKING DUAL TICKET ELECTRICIAN OR MILLWRIGHT WITH AUTOMATION/ROBOTICS BACKGROUND (PLC TECHNICIAN)

We are looking for an experienced Robotics Technician to join our maintenance team.

Those interested in this position should have experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment ideally with an Electrical (442A) Ticket or Millwright (433A) Ticket with robotics or automation experience.

Pay Rate:
$46.35/hour + $2.00 night shift premium

Primary responsibilities include providing technical support to operations; including troubleshooting, repair of equipment, PLC, robot and HMI programming, and implementation
Installation of machinery including electrical and electronic parts
Participate in continuous improvement activities including root cause analysis and efficiency improvement initiatives
Responsible for operational performance measured through efficiency percentages
Developing operating standards and documentation
Provide input on stock levels of spare parts as it relates to equipment
Read and interpret schematic diagrams
Aptitude with mechanical and electrical systems, vacation coverage for either mechanics or electricians
Electrical wiring and testing of automated systems
Comply with all applicable legislative and Bakery food safety, health and safety and environmental policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned

Job requirements:

Must have experience in troubleshooting, repair, hardware and software support or robotics and/or automation systems
Electrical (442A) Ticket or Millwright (433A) Ticket with combined experience in robotics or automation (preferred)
Knowledge of Allen Bradley systems
5+ years of industrial, electrical and mechanical experience preferably in the food industry, preferably with SIG and Siemens experience
