We're looking for an experienced Manager for our brand new Speakeasy Restaurant in the Gaslight District
The Underwing is a brand new Chef's choice restaurant in the Gaslight district featuring some of the most exquisite multi-course meals, cocktails, whiskeys and much more


What you will do in this role:

• Effectively run both dining room and bar operations
• Coach the restaurant leadership team to ensure a consistent experience for our guests and teammates
• Comply with provincial legislation regarding employment standards, human rights, health & safety, and WHMIS
• Responsible for ensuring opening and closing operations are performed correctly and maintaining a level of cleanliness and proficiency throughout your shift

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership role in the Hospitality Industry
• Has an understanding of budgets and operating costs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrates focus through setting priorities and working fast while staying agile and adaptable at all time
• Proven enthusiasm on and off the floor
• Demonstrates drive and flexibility in this new establishment
