    This Project Coordinator position is located at the Advanced Nuclear Materials Research Center (ANMRC) construction site in Chalk River, Ontario. Join us in contributing to one of Ontario's most captivating nuclear projects

    As an Project Coordinator, ANMRC, you:

    • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Site Supervisors to reduce their need for performing task-based work.
    • Update and maintain various tracking documents in Procore, including RFI logs, Shop Drawings logs, Material & Equipment logs, Change Notices logs, POs, and O&M Manuals Log, to keep project data organized and accessible.
    • Assist with preconstruction planning activities, including look-ahead schedules, HSE, Procurement, Construction Logistics, and Project Execution Plans.
    • Offer insights into work in progress and support project forecasting, cost control, and Plan Group's T.I.M.E. efficiency program.
    • Participate in quantity surveying and updates into labor productivity tools.
    • Oversee the logistics of equipment and material deliveries, providing oversight of subcontractors to ensure alignment with project requirements.
    • Contribute actively to site meetings and document meeting minutes.
    • Anticipate and address potential problems and/or schedule delays, bringing them to management's attention.
    • Facilitate the gathering and coordination of all necessary documentation for close-out binders to ensure comprehensive project phase completion.
    • Perform additional related tasks as necessary.

    Our ideal candidate has:

    • Related Electrical Engineering post-secondary education and a minimum of one (1) year of related experience; trade experience is a definite asset.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Procore, and Bluebeam or similar software programs.
    • Experience analyzing and understanding electrical construction drawings and working on commercial projects is preferred.
