Financial Operations Associate to join our Finance team located in
Burlington.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Manager, Finance the Financial Operations Associate assists with weekly and monthly billing, responding to client requests promptly, supporting ongoing initiatives and assisting team members as needed.

What you will do:

Ensure daytoday financial operations and accounting duties are supported, including entering and reviewing feebased addendums and resolving client debits
Assist with billing on a weekly and monthly basis
Reconcile account reports
Assist with finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Work both individually and closely with members of other teams across the organization as required to support Advisor requests

You will bring:

Post graduate degree in finance or related field
Client Service experience
Excellent organizational abilities and the ability to efficiently prioritize
Proven attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience using Microsoft Office suite and Sharepoint
Experience with PureFees (considered an asset)
