Mimi's is looking for a line/pizza cook to join our team Mimi's is built on the fundamentals of family and community

At Mimi's we are a neighborhood pub and pizzeria.

Our food menu is a mixture of shareables, handhelds and of course, Mimi's famous Pizza Our drink menu has a variety of beers on tap, wine and cocktails.

We strive to provide top notch customer service that delivers quality and consistency in every visit. We are looking for someone who prides themselves on hospitality and thrives in a fast paced environment.


Position Overview

• We pride ourselves on a team atmosphere
• You will be responsible for the daytoday preparation of menu items in accordance with all Mimi's standards.
• You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standard in food safety.
• You will be expected to cook, prep, wash dishes, and help anyway you can to ensure the kitchen runs efficiently and maintains the highest level of cleanliness.
• You will be responsible for opening/closing duties.

Who are we looking for?

• You thrive in a team setting
• You have a minimum of two years of line cook experience in the hospitality industry.
• You can think on your feet, embrace change, and roll with the punches.
• You're reliable.
• You have a strong knowledge of food safety, and a certificate in that area is a giant plus.
• You have enthusiasm and passion.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
$17.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed

• Edmonton, AB T6J 0R4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
