COMPNAY MISSION ATTENDANCE REQUIRMENTS

MORE SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:


  • Accurately move, split, and report as finished batches and raw materials in the ERP system.
  • Audit ERP locations (processes) for material discrepancies and ensure real time accuracy.
  • Release and start work orders in the ERP system to ensure adherence to the production schedule.
  • Label and prepare all RTS material properly. Complete RTS transfers on the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with warehouse to ensure that RTS are put away in a timely manner.
  • Complete paperwork recording inventory transfers and transactions
  • Ensure all pallet tags are accurate prior to releasing to material handlers.
  • Perform material counts to ensure enough materials for scheduled production runs.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse to request packaging materials necessary for production runs.
  • Verify packaging pallet patterns.
  • Review and sign off on all packaging run reports.
  • Communicate with operations and quality personnel regarding issues that need attention such as material shortages.
  • Promote safety in the work area by assisting others and keeping aisles clear and the work area free of debris.

MUST HAVES:


  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience in a warehouse facility required; food manufacturing warehouse facility a plus
  • Inventory Control experience required
  • Can read, write and speak English proficiently

ATTENDANCE REQUIRMENTS:


  • The Packaging Inventory Technician is a skilled position that demands consistent and dependable attendance to ensure the ongoing satisfaction of customer needs.
  • To excel in this role and retain it, employees should not exceed one (1) day of absence during their initial training period.
  • Maintain attendance points below eight (8) at all times.
  • Individuals in this role who accumulate eight (8) or more attendance points or miss more than one (1) day during their initial training period will be reassigned to a nonskilled position at the corresponding pay rate for that role.
