About the work environment:

Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. In this role you will work a combination of in-office and remotely from home.

Typically, you'll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start & end times.


About you:

You understand the unique needs of an executive team. You are an administrative professional that naturally executes and has an eye for development and implementation of process improvements.

You have sound judgement and can individualize how you handle day to day functions depending on the person you are supporting.

You are self-motivated, responsible and can work independently. You are a highly professional and operationally inclined individual who thinks critically and plans to anticipate needs.

You enjoy creating and analyzing processes for the team and are always looking for ways to improve and create efficiencies.

You are craving a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment where you can leverage your skills and abilities to shape the administrative experience for the executive team.


About you / qualifications:


  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative to/ or executive assistant role directly reporting to upper management.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is considered an asset.
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • System proficiency in Microsoft products including MS Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in using video conferencing tools and software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to think critically and anticipate needs.

About the day-to-day:


  • Provide transactional and operational administrative support to multiple C-Suite executives.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the Executives and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage calendars and set up meetings.
  • Coordinate meetings and events involving the executive leadership team.
  • Make travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and plan logistics.
  • Create sustainable systems and processes for the Executive leadership team.
  • Proactively think ahead to anticipate needs.
  • Provide support to the Office Ambassador, handling front office duties as needed.
