The Constituency office of Corey Hogan M.P. for Calgary Confederation is seeking a highly motivated and organized Constituency Assistant to work as part of a team to provide exceptional service to constituents and support the daily operations of the office.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in public administration, communications or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in client service environment such as retail office administration or hospitality.
- Demonstrated experience supporting community engagement activities
- Diplomatic verbal communication skills with wide range people professional calm demeanor Outgoing comfortable engaging stakeholders events Ability exercise discretion handle confidential matters Demonstrated problem solving organizational abilities Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite database software CANVA design software desirable Demonstrated knowledge local community organizations issues asset
