The Service Advisor is a key member of the Service team responsible for coordinating the service process and experience by assisting customers.

Experience in the automotive industry preferred
Confident approach with customers to understand their needs
Takes selfinitiative to execute tasks
Attention to detail and a positive attitude
Strong communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
Professional phone handling experience

Job Duties

Schedule and arrange efficient and accurate diagnosis of reported problem
Meet & greet customers inperson or via the phone
Make repair & preventative maintenance recommendations
Follow up with customer's to ensure their expectations were met/exceeded
Maintain documentation, including PO, invoices, work orders, reports etc.
Follow all organizational safety standards
Adaptable to work evening and weekend shifts as needed
Position involves sitting for long periods of time
Involves the use of office equipment and computers for long periods of time
