Operations - Student Placement (Entry Level)

Reports to:
Director / VP of Operations

In Office:
_Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm_

What You Will Do:

Answer customer inquiries and provide information to customers.
Work closely with your team to solve day to day logistic complications.
Coordinate freight from one location to another.
Estimate or negotiate rates with carriers.
Coordinate with Account Managers and Logistics Coordinators to ensure client needs and expectations are met.

What You Have:

Pursuing an education in a Supply Chain/Logistics or a related field.
Advanced time management and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
The ability to persevere and navigate a fastpaced work environment.
Understanding of basic mathematical and geographical concepts.
