    Job Title: Sr. Technical Delivery Leader

    As a Sr. Technical Delivery Leader at Slalom, you'll be at the forefront of leading large-scale cloud migration programs and technology transformations in dynamic multi-cloud environments. Collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders, you'll translate business challenges into innovative technical solutions, drawing on our deep understanding of customer needs to deliver practical, end-to-end solutions.

    So, what will I do?

  • Lead the delivery of large cloud migration programs and technology transformations, with expertise in multi-cloud environments.
  • Meet with clients to understand their business challenges and evaluate technology platform enhancements.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Assess current solution architecture and map future approaches based on industry best practices.
  • Lead project delivery across functional and technical teams while managing scope and client expectations.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to foster collaboration and adaptability within the team.
  • Work with skilled team members to design and implement industry-leading Cloud Infrastructure solutions.
  • Share expertise in best practices, design principles, and advanced technologies.
  • Lead design sessions and own solution deployment.
  • Provide hands-on technical assistance and contribute to solution deployment methodology.
  • Define project scale and scope, including landscape requirements and deployment efforts.
  • Collaborate with leadership to review technology trends and identify strategic areas for future focus.
  • And, what will I bring?

  • Demonstrated ability to lead end to end cloud migration programs and technology transformations.
  • Consulting experience in the enterprise sector.
  • Expertise in multi-cloud environments, with experience in leading cloud migration programs (preferably Azure, AWS, and Oracle)
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, fostering collaboration and adaptability within teams.
  • Proven track record in managing project budgets, forecasts, and resources.
  • Adaptability to changing environments, priorities, and requirements.
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to seek out new opportunities and contribute to business development.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and proactive issue mitigation skills.
  • Hybrid/In office: We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader requires you onsite that you are able to meet those expectations/requirements
