Exprolink undertook a major shift in 2018 by initiating the electrification of its entire product line.

The launch of the electric LN50/LR50 models has generated undeniable interest from many cities and municipalities who are actively seeking to reduce the environmental footprint of their waste collection.

Since 2020, the Fonds de Solidarité FTQ, EDC, DEC and IQ invested a total of $13 million in Exprolink to support and accelerate the electrification of its Madvac and Excelway product lines.


The company head office is presently located in Longueuil, Quebec and will be moving to a brand-new facility at St-Bruno, QC in late 2023.


We are looking for a
Sales Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting our sales team and expansion projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Order entry and processing of all incoming purchase orders received by the sales team including preparation of sales confirmations;
  • Manage all activities relative to transport and delivery of machines sold: book transport, followup, confirm shipments have been delivered as planned;
  • Frequent communications with sales team, production, and accounting relative to sales activities, shipping, and invoicing;
  • Contribute to overall dealer / enduser satisfaction by promptly responding to incoming communications received;
  • Generate and maintain sales and activity reports;
  • Manage price sheets and quote templates for the sales team;
  • Manage sales representative commission reports and expense accounts;
  • Manage inventory of marketing brochures and other marketing material;
  • Perform occasional special projects as requested by company president;
  • Attend sales training and develop an understanding of company products and services;

Competencies

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role;
  • Strong analytical skills / detail oriented / eager to learn / cando attitude;
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills;
  • Excellent written and communications skills in English
  • Windows suite particularly Excel and CRM (ideally Zoho, but not a must)

Job Types:

Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
