Working as a Weidner Leasing Consultant is different than any other job. You are the heart of the community and create genuine connections with residents, making a difference in their day.

You will enjoy interacting with a variety of people on a daily basis in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.

As a Weidner Leasing Consultant, you will have the opportunity to create a neighborhood within your community.


Responsibilities:


  • Present the community and apartments to potential residents
  • Work with community vendors
  • Host community events that bring the residents together
  • Assist in generating traffic through active participation in the community's marketing strategy
  • Maintain community's customer base with an effective resident retention program

Qualifications:


  • 12 years' experience in sales or customer service
  • Ability to connect with others easily
  • Ability to laugh and uplift the lives of others
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Pay:
$19.00-$21.00 per hour
