Title
Clinical Team Leader Richmond Hill
Reports To
Executive Director, Operations
Responsibilities
The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Practicing as a Registered Nurse
- Managing clinical staff for the office/clinic, including but not limited to providing tasks, performance management and correction, with assistance from the Executive Director
- Ensuring the doctors' days flow appropriately for the office
- Providing scheduling input to the Clinical scheduler
- Ensuring clinical purchasing is completed appropriately and timely for the office;
- Controlling inventory for the office;
- Regulatory compliance, inspections and other health regulations for the office, with assistance from the Executive Director;
- Clinical equipment, maintenance and inspections for the office;
- Making recommendations for maximizing efficiency of clinical operations;
- General troubleshooting for clinical issues for the office;
- Communicating with other team leaders (administrative and clinical); and
- Other tasks that may be required from time to time.

Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse at Crescent Oral Surgery
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Meticulous records maintenance skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team.
Pay:
$37.00-$44.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Richmond Hill, ON L4C 5G2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
