    Sobeys is full of exciting opportunities, and we are always looking for bright new talent to join our team We currently have an opportunity for a Supervisor, Customer Care to join our Store Support & Customer Care team.

    Here's where you'll be focusing:

    • Support a culture of inclusion for our employees, customers & teammates
    • Develop and manage direct reports (Representatives), enabling individual development and team succession planning
    • Monitor new & existing Representative performance, case management & identify opportunities
    • Communicate accurate reports to Manager
    • Escalate case management to Manager if necessary
    • Drive harmonization and efficiencies with agents and national peers to maximize tool capacity and realize KPI's
    • Participate in projects and business initiatives as required

    What you have to offer:

    • Proven customer service support skills, ideally with related experience.
    • Strong organization and problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
    • Proven time management skills, ability to work to deadlines and strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Develop strong working relationships with stores and other areas of responsibility within the company
