Job summary

The StudentSupport Navigator will work with three rural school divisions across SouthwestAlberta to promote student wellbeing. The purpose of this role is to support school staff, empower families, and build capacity throughout the region.
This program offers goal-oriented case management to support parents and enhance overall family wellbeing. This includes providing support in connecting to local community resources, applications and paperwork, and parental advocacy.
