Vantix is seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst to join our team and perform various tasks, from facilitating meetings, requirements analysis, documentation and others.

This role is located in Edmonton, Alberta MST.

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, IT, Public or Business Administration, or other majors with proven experience
25+ years experience as a business analyst.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy is required with the ability to provide excellent customer service, troubleshooting for problem resolution, and communication skills. Must possess the ability to perform complex end to end solution delivery and maintenance.
Advanced written and verbal communication, and experience facilitating group training sessions is a strong asset.
Experience with multitechnology solutions including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, SQL Server, ERP or LMS systems, Azure, and Windows.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Strong research, planning and execution skills.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Articulate and proficient public speaking skills with the ability to facilitate meetings with clients.
Experience with User Acceptance Testing.
Experience with backlog and user story refinement, and requirement documentation.
Able to provide handson training with end users when required.
Conducting demos and lead/participate in SMEs discussions.
Highly organized and have good time management skills.
Muse have excellent documentation skills.
Must have Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fast learner and able to understand new concepts.
