POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are seeking articulate and customer-focused individuals to join our team.
The Bilingual Customer Care Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing assistance over the phone, ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem resolution.

What You Will Bring:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous. Additional customer service training is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Patience and empathy in dealing with customer concerns.
- Ability to navigate computer systems and use relevant software efficiently.
- Problemsolving skills and a proactive attitude.
