Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work with our fulltime bookkeeper to help maintain accurate and uptodate financial records for the company
  • Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and submit invoices to clients
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
  • Perform account analysis to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely payment of employees
  • Provide support during audits and tax preparation

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper
  • Proficient in using accounting software
    Sage

  • Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and general accounting principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of payroll processing is a plus

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Sage: 1 year (preferred)
  • Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
