Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. has an opportunity for the position of a Dispatcher/Trucking Coordinator
at our Office in Kitchener.

NOTE:
This position is hourly seasonal)

Duties/Responsibilities:

Dispatch Company owned and thirdparty trucks and drivers.
Communicate with superintendents to understand daily trucking requirements.
Communicate with drivers daily to provide instructions, directions and to monitor their daily schedules.
Process thirdparty trucker time sheets in accounting system
Performs other duties as deemed necessary.

What's required:

Experience dispatching trucks within the heavy civil construction environment is preferred.
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Effective at providing instruction and guidance.
Ability to work in a team environment.
