Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. has an opportunity for the position of a Dispatcher/Trucking Coordinator
at our Office in Kitchener.

NOTE:
This position is hourly seasonal)


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Dispatch Company owned and thirdparty trucks and drivers.
  • Communicate with superintendents to understand daily trucking requirements.
  • Communicate with drivers daily to provide instructions, directions and to monitor their daily schedules.
  • Process thirdparty trucker time sheets in accounting system
  • Performs other duties as deemed necessary.

What's required:


  • Experience dispatching trucks within the heavy civil construction environment is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Effective at providing instruction and guidance.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
