Our company is a Distributor of low and medium voltage motors and VFDs.


Responsibilities:

This customer-facing role will correspond with our customers and channel partners.

They will also work with the Outside Sales team to provide excellent customer service, including timely responses, accurate quotes, reliable information and regular contact/follow-up.

• Answer inquiries from customer and outside sales team
• Create, process, monitor and followup on customer quotes and purchase orders.
• Follow up on sales orders including delivery dates and timing.
• Maintain CRM, customer and product databases
• Inventory management/ordering
• Handle other duties and assignments as requested

Requirements:

• Related postsecondary education or equivalent experience
• A technical postsecondary or equivalent degree is preferred, but willing educate and train the right person.
• Experience with Motors and VFDs would be preferred.
• 4 yrs + inside sales support experience
• Speak and write fluent English

Schedule

• 8 hour shift
• M-F 84:30
• This is NOT a remote working position.
