This role will report into the Digital Marketing Manager and will focus on Display, Remarketing and Video. This role will also support other areas including Search and Social as needed.

The right person for this job is data-driven and will have experience in ad operations role, intermediate knowledge of the digital media landscape and of self-serve platforms.


What you can expect in the role:

  • Manage ad platforms, troubleshooting and implementing new technical initiatives, related but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Dynamic Creative Optimization, HTML5 creative types, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics
  • Be proactive and stay informed with industry trends (IAB, Google, Facebook,TikTok, Bing, etc) and share information as it relates to regulatory requirements and innovation opportunities
  • Maintains program, data and content calendars with guidance from digital marketing manager
  • Audience maintenance and creation, trafficking new campaigns and tagging creatives across multiple platforms
  • Able to keep up with fastpaced days and high learning curves
  • Owning reports and making necessary changes as in needed in display, remarketing, video as well as some search and social campaigns
  • In charge of QA'ing all aspects of digital campaigns prior as well as during campaigns. I.e. budgets, setup, creative, tagging, validation, etc.
  • Data Analysis and Ongoing Support
  • Extract data reports on an ongoing basis and work closely with business intelligence team, operations team and manager.
  • Campaign Optimization & Maintenance: Postlaunch analysis and adjustment recommendations (i.e. targeting, bids, creative, budgets, etc.) conducted on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Compile data and format necessary documents that needs to be shared with marketing team and/or Senior Management
  • Advise and provide information related to campaign KPI's, design, creative and online delivery
  • Accurately track budget pacing across multiple campaigns and within various platforms and provide regular updates to manager
  • Provide support for implementing geospecific campaigns based on business needs
  • Ongoing support in relation to refinement and optimization of alwayson programs

What do you bring to the role?

  • Preferred Advertising, Marketing, Media Degree
  • Minimum 3 5 years experience in a digital marketing
  • Demonstrate ability to pull reports and provide insights and observations on campaign performance.
  • Ability to download data into Excel, perform VLookups, create Pivot Tables and charts.
  • Knowledge of Web Analytics tools is preferred (Google Analytics)
  • Completion of Google Fundamentals, Google Advanced, Bing certifications ideal
  • Experience with Campaign Management tools, specifically ad servers, DSPs, and other media platforms considered an asset (Facebook Advertising Manager, Twitter, Google Ads)
