- Respond to requests for support from customers and sales representatives
- Provide phone assistance (troubleshooting) and occasional field work (on site) for the HVAC Controls, Actuators and Motorized Valves families of product
- Provide input for the improvement of existing selection and product websites, as well as software development
- Actively contribute as part of the technical documentation team
- Serve as backup to the technical support service team for the Humidifiers and Electric Heaters divisions
- Participate in and support the continuous improvement initiatives
- Minimum of three years' experience within the Building Automation Systems industry, preferably in a client interfacing role
- BAC in Electrical/Mechanical Engineer or DEC in Building Automation/Electromechanical
- Superior interpersonal skills and strong customer service approach
- Autonomous and resourceful, able to find solutions to complex problems
- Rigorous, organized and with great attention to detail
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Knowledge of HVAC linear and rotary actuation equipment and/or HVAC automated climate controls (architecture)
- Knowledge of BACnet and Modbus protocols, as well as with control sequence

Product Specialist / Technical Support – HVAC Controls, Actuators & Actuated Valves
The Product Specialist/Technical Support role provides effective technical solutions to customers on the use of Neptronic's HVAC Controls, Actuators and Motorized Valves, by phone or in person, by way of training or product presentations. Likewise, in support to the R&D team, the role actively participates in Product Development Committees for all of Neptronic's product families.
