Position Type:
Full time seasonal (Feb 1st - Dec 15th)

You will work with a production manager in a team environment creating beautiful outdoor spaces from pools to plants and everything in between.
You will be mentored in all required hard and softscape install techniques using the latest equipment in a safe and efficient manner for a quality finished product.

Experience in installing hard and softscapes
Valid Drivers License with a clean drivers abstract
Must have own transportation
Level 1 First Aid an asset
Able to work overtime as required
Aptitude for using power tools in a safe and effective manner
Hard working
Physically fit (able to lift 80lbs consistently and for long duration's)
Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions.

Rewards:
Red Seal Landscape Horticulturalist Journeyman apprenticeships available after completion of three months service.

Family friendly environment, regular performance reviews, 4% vacation pay, overtime pay, under budget project bonus pay, 5 unpaid vacation days/yr besides stat holidays, medical and dental benefits package, endless opportunities for advancement.

Base starting wage of $18-29/hr pending level of experience plus additional compensation of up to $10/hr added based on completed years in apprenticeship program.
