What you'll do:


  • As a
    _Project Manager_, you will work closely and collaborate with our clients and crossfunctional teams to ensure delivery of outstanding work on time and on budget by constantly looking for ways to innovate and enhance our clients' projects.
  • Create and monitor project management plans, including launch plans, communication plans, risk management plans, project schedules and critical paths to ensure project structure and integrity.
  • Oversee the review of technical documentation (such as Solution Overviews and Functional Specification Documentation) created by the Digital Engineering team, employing a business perspective to guarantee that the digital/technical solution under development aligns effectively with the client's requirements.
  • Develop indepth knowledge of client business, marketing programs, brands, competitors, and sector in order to function as strong business partner on behalf of Bond.
  • Manages the direct exchange of information and documentation related to all client activities within the project team and between the team and the client.
  • Structure and manage project timelines by tracking deliverables and working closely with crossfunctional teams to execute and deliver project requirements within scope, schedule, budget, and ensuring quality.
  • Lead project financial management requirements, including evaluation of change requests, estimating efforts and duration of activities, forecasting, developing statements of work, and project change notices.
  • Assists in generating pipeline forecasts and reports for account sales/growth activities as needed.
  • Support the client relationship by developing and maintaining a trusted partnership, while becoming the client's advocate within Bond and delivering the experience with excellence.
  • Establish an effective communication plan that includes timely documentation of project status, risks, and solutions to both the clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plan that includes all aspects of project phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and project close).
  • Consistently track the advancement of the project and provide updates on measurable elements like milestones and deliverables to pertinent stakeholders.
  • Additionally, create a comprehensive project plan encompassing all stages of the project (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure).

What you'll have:

-
2-3 years of client facing experience working in a project management role (preferably in a fast-paced agency environment), within a digital agency, creative agency, studio, or other company where digital development is a core technology competency on projects
, coupled with experience in handling loyalty programs is ideal.

  • Experience using traditional and agile project management tools and methods: Gantt charts, resource schedules, JIRA Scrum/Kanban, Excel, PowerPoint is considered an asset.
  • Passion, ingenuity, and a remarkable talent for effectively conveying strategic messages and interface across a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organization skills.
  • Exceptional listening, analytical, attention to detail, prioritization, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite strong level of proficiency using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as handson functional knowledge and navigation of various Project Management software.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work outside of regular operating hours and travel as required.
