Job summary
The Packline HR Liaison is a hands-on HR representative embedded on the production floor to support unionized and salaried employees in real time.This role ensures consistent communication, reinforces culture standards, addresses issues early, supports onboarding and training, and partners with Operations to maintain a respectful,
safe high-performance environment achieving operational standards.
