What Badger offers:

Assigned units for Operators. Once your training is complete, you will have your own truck.

What you need to bring:
Willingness to work with a great team, to learn from the best operators in the business.

A safety-first attitude. Keeping yourself, your co-workers, your customers, your equipment and the general public safe is always the top priority.

Class 1/3 with air endorsement driver's license for Operator position.

Class 5 license with reliable transportation for Swamper position.

Good driver's abstract.

Motivated for physical, outdoor work in all types of weather conditions.

Willingness to work varying hours and days.

Hydrovac experience is not a must but is considered an asset, however, we are more than willing to train the right individuals.
