The Opportunity:


Hours of Work:

Monday - Friday; 37.5 hours per week; 8:30am -16:30pm. Flexibility required, evening hours may be required. Hybrid work schedule.


Your Qualifications:


  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Graduate of a recognized Secretarial or Office Administration Diploma Program required.
  • Minimum three (3) years related administrative/secretarial experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to set up telehealth and A/V equipment including laptops and projectors.
  • Excellent judgment and discretion in handling confidential and/or sensitive information.
  • Proven time management and problemsolving skills required.
  • Demonstrated excellent organizational skills, strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills required.
  • Demonstrated initiative, selfmotivation and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision required
  • Demonstrated high regard for quality, accuracy and attention to details required.
  • Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a stressful environment with multiple deadlines and concurrent activities required.
  • Previous experience in a health care or research environment an asset.
  • Experience with Meditech, Sharepoint, WebCT, DSS and internet searches an asset.
  • Experience with SAP and MSS/ESS (including financial and HCM reporting) an asset.
  • Competencies in other languages considered an asset.
