Taeron Systems is a growing aerospace company specializing in R&D, design, engineering, and manufacturing of aviation equipment primarily in the helicopter industry.

Position Overview:


Responsibilities
-
Urethane Casting Parts and Lines:Execute urethane casting processes for the production of parts and lines. Ensure precision and adherence to quality standards during casting operations.

Building Net Kits:Assemble net kits according to procedures. Generate production paperwork for outside vendors.

Assembly and Testing of Parts:Perform assembly of various components and conduct functional testing. Identify and address any issues during the inspection and testing processes.

Shipping and Packaging:Prepare products for shipping, ensuring proper packaging and labeling. Coordinate with shipping partners to facilitate on-time deliveries.

Inventory Management:Monitor and manage inventory levels, including raw materials and finished goods using our inventory management system. Conduct regular inventory reviews to reconcile discrepancies.

Receive and Warehousing:Receive incoming parts and materials. Conduct inspections on received parts to ensure compliance with quality standards. Maintain inventory management system to track materials and products.

General:Operate company vehicle for picking up and dropping off materials and products. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing and assembly.
  • Familiarity with the use of small tools.
  • Experience following quality control procedures.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Valid driver's license for driving responsibilities.
  • Willingness to learn and explore additional responsibilities based on interests.

Salary:
$25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
