• Class G Licence (required)
• Understand English (required)
• Understand Chinese (preferred)
• Warehouse: 3 years (preferred)
• Commercial driving: 3 years (preferred)
• Inventory management: 3 years (preferred)
• Forklift license (Prefered) or Willing to learn and complete the training
• Can lift 40lbs each hand

• Equipment/Shop Management
• Ensure sign in/sign out log is completed when Nextwood's equipment is used.
• Tag out all unsafe equipment and source proper repair/replacement option
• Ensure the overall appearance of the shop and the remainder of the building

• Ensure the warehouse are clean and well maintained
• Ensure basic supplies - such as water, toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap are stocked;
• Inventory Management
• Assist with managing full inventory system to ensure stocking levels are maintained
• Adhere to all warehouse processes to manage inventory effectively and be aware of all product in the warehouse;
• Operate CMM router machine for special Fence orders.
• Complete weekly inventory checks to ensure stock is maintained;
• Frequently review stocking levels vs. selling history to increase or decrease inventory levels
• Daily Material Management
• Complete scheduled pickups and ensure material is well labelled and organized in warehouse;
• Complete emergency drop-offs - including picking up material and delivering to keep jobs on schedule

• Loading/unloading material to and from trucks
• Operating forklifts, reach trucks and pallet trucks to load, unload and move material
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Sorting and organizing materials by department
• Maintaining accurate inventory records
• Routing materials to appropriate storage areas
• Stocking materials on shelves

• Warehouse: 1 year
• Forklift operator: 2 years
