We are looking to add experienced full-time Outbound Sales/Retention Representative to our growing team


Do you have a background in outbound sales and retention? Do you display excellent communications skills?

The hours for this position are as follows:
Mon - Fri from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Compensation:
Based on performance up to $25.00 per hour

Paid Training


We require:

  • Outstanding phone presence
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

  • Retention Knowledge
Our office is located downtown Hamilton.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$18.00-$25.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hamilton, ON L8P 1H1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Call center: 2 years (preferred)
