Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently processing their purchases. This is a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.


Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service
• Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system
• Handle cash transactions, including giving correct change and processing credit card payments
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Assist customers with locating products and answering any inquiries they may have
• Promote special offers, discounts, and loyalty programs to customers
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
• Knowledge of technical sales to assist customers with technologyrelated products
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers
• Proficient in cashiering duties, including cash handling and operating a POS system
• Ability to maintain professionalism and phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone
• Familiarity with technology sales to promote and sell electronic devices
