We work on a wide range of projects in residential and commercial construction, with varying levels of complexity and length.

Job duties:

• Complete deconstruction/demolition work safely efficiently
• Remove and deconstruct drywall, floors or any type of material that needs to be demolished
• Removing debris at the construction sites using wheelbarrows and other equipment
• Assist in using the jack hammer, jammer and other hand tools with deconstruction
• Ensure the job site is clean and tidy
• Organize tools for the Foremen
• Provide Foremen updates regarding timelines and time
• Load and unload construction materials and move materials to work areas
• Assist the Foremen to set up and take down of job sites
• Coordinate garbage pickup and drop off
• Perform other activates at construction sites, as directed

Qualifications:

• Professional, capable, smart and hard working
• Comfortable with ladder and/or occasional scaffolding work
• Not afraid of dusty/dirty environments
• Have a smart phone and reliable transportation
• Able to work days and occasional night shift as required
• Interested in working on occasional away project (BC only)
