The Wealth Management Technology Partners team is responsible for providing innovative and secure solutions for Wealth Management. This includes delivering trading solutions and digital platforms for National Bank Independent Network (NBIN).

We are focused on building great solutions using new technology. Our business partners have built an industry leading organization based on incredible operational processes and strong partnerships. Now we need a technology platform to take our business to the next level.

Your role:

  • Responsible for ensuring maximum service availability and stability
  • Resolve escalated, complex or sensitive inquiries from both internal and external clients and ensure they are satisfied with the solutions and quality of service offered
  • Act as a liaison between our delivery squads and operations teams, effectively communicating in both business and technical terms
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and operational efficiency of the team to enhance overall client experience
  • Provide after hours and occasional weekend support for changes/releases, when required.

Your profile:


  • Deep knowledge and experience with Java, SQL, DataDog, Splunk
  • Strong track record with agile and DevOps delivery resulting in high velocity, high quality delivery
  • Experience working and understanding of LINUX, UNIX and automation by scripting (i.e. BASH, Python)
  • You are selfstarter who loves innovation and improvement, collaboration and sharing ideas
  • English (spoken and written).

Knowledge considered an asset:


  • Knowledge of AWS cloud environments
  • Prior experience in the Banking or Wealth Management industry.
  • Experience with IBM OSS/ISM, CRM2, AS400, Croesus.
