Internship for fall 2024 (September to December) | Full time: 37,5h/ week | Location: Montréal

THE EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME

Your mandate:

In 2022, BRP announces the creation of a new business entity, to be known as Groupe LVHA (Low Voltage & Human Assisted).

This startup-minded division will focus on new categories of low-voltage and human-assisted products, such as electric bikes. Your role will be to assist the LVHA team in the implementation of this new business area.

To do this, you'll have the chance to participate in strategic thinking, as well as support the team in its day-to-day demands.

Here are some of the challenges you'll face during your internship:

Participate in the development of the LVHA product execution strategy, including marketing, distribution channels, sales and customer experience.
Research industry trends and strategic initiatives, and prepare deliverables for presentation.
Perform financial analyses to better understand the market and make cost and revenue predictions
Prepare and participate in various presentations and analyses for the LVHA Management Committee and BRP Executive Committee.

Become our successor if you have these skills and qualities:

Collaboration, thoroughness and organizational skills
Ability to adapt and work both independently and as part of a group
Strong business acumen
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems and present them in a structured and detailed manner
Ability to navigate in a fastpaced, sometimes ambiguous environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both French and English
Good command of MS Office and Google Suite tools
