Position: Manufacturing EngineerLocation: Vaughan, ONSalary: $80,000 - $100,000 YearlyIndustry: Manufacturing/ HVAC/ EngineeringEmployment Term: Full Time / Permanent Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes
• Develop and maintain detailed work instructions, process documentation and standard operating procedures
• Identify and implement continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste and minimize downtime
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues and defects
• Provide technical support to production teams and resolve manufacturing related issues
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in the field
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

• Post Secondary education in Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, or similar
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
• Must be proficient in hands-on process troubleshooting
• Excellent computer and presentation skills
• Strong technical knowledge in manufacturing setting an asset
• Previous electric engineering experience is a definite asset
• Effective communication skills – both written and verbal
