Business Development Representative - New Products

What we value from our Business Development Representative...

  • 2+ years of B2B sales,?hunting, prospecting and closing new deals
  • University degree in Business, Information Technology, or any relevant discipline
  • Experience selling ERP, CRM or other Enterprise Application SasS is required
  • Experience selling Professional Services is an asset
  • Selfstarter with comfort reaching out and communicating with prospective customers
  • Strong background in developing and generating new pipeline and exceeding quota
  • Excellent communications and listening skills to key stakeholders and Clevel executives
  • Experience in understanding client requirements and delivering clientfocused solutions based on customer needs
  • Ability to work with a selling team
  • Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities at a time while paying strict attention to detail

What's a regular day for our Business Development Representative...

  • Build pipeline of qualified opportunities through strategic and disciplined individual effort
  • Proactively contact prospects, inbound leads, referrals, and target accounts
  • Identify and grow opportunities, collaborating with appropriate resources to ensure growth objectives
  • Conduct needs assessment, discuss and demonstrate ERP-One's added value and capabilities to prospects and clients
  • Prepare effective presentations and proposals
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with prospect/customer information
  • Participate in marketing and networking events such as seminars and trade shows, and develop strong relationship with strategic partners
  • Proactively identify, escalate and participate in resolving clients and prospects concerns issues
