- Prepare journal entries that accurately reflect the results of operations
- Monitor financial accounts and month-end entries to ensure accounting processes are functioning effectively
- Provide management reporting of financial results and support for preparation of budgets and financial plans/forecasts
- Prepare monthly updates to the current-year financial outlook
- Provide strong support for internal and external audits
- Analyze customer payments variance
- Minimum 3-5 years Accounting experience; experience working in automotive manufacturing or similar environment strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with SAP and QAD preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
- Continuous improvement mindset with ability to identify/define cost saving opportunities
- Ability to analyze accounting and financial reporting and take appropriate action to resolve variances and errors

About the Team The Finance team at ZF Windsor supports a highly structured financial reporting system, including SAP ERP, Amana asset system and DEMA forecasting. The accounting candidate for this role will perform Accounts Payable duties, retro price adjustments from the Customer passing through to the Supplier. The team is cross functional across all team members within finance. A key to success for this role, besides being an effective communicator, is being flexible to regular shifting priorities yet ensuring that the team is moving together in the same direction towards targets.
