Job description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing shipping and packing duties and more.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Record all transactions in the sales system and efficiently manage all monetary transactions
• Determine the shipping price using the appropriate software
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Pack items delivered for shipment according to the procedures
• Offer a professional appearance at all times
• Follow up and assist clients in claim requests
• Sort mail and packages
• Perform any other reasonable duties requested by the employer

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of accounting, marketing and human resources
• Skills in graphic design a asset
• Printing knowledge an asset

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary, Monday-Friday only


Salary:
$15.65-$18.65 per hour depending on skills
