Content Strategy Manager - Burlington, Canada - Aquiform

Looking for a motivated Content Strategy manager responsible for all digital retail content, strategy and execution.This individual understands how to create optimized SEO content with a creative flair and can organize, present, track and manage it effectively.
Presents thorough knowledge of the different subsets of a marketing plan and can develop and share content assets on the right channels.
Qualifications:
- Accurate, professional content writing
- Proficient and Fluent in English, French is an asset
- Proficient in an Ecommerce Content Management (Magento)
- Knowledge of proper SEO practices and execution
- Google Ads experience
- Fluent in the use of all social media platforms
- Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot)
- Proficient in Indesign, Illustrator or a design platform for curating content
- PHP and Magento architecture (HTML, CSS) is an assist, but not required.
Primary Responsibilities
- Help execute content for multiple retail brands to various digital and traditional channels
- Responsible for social media strategy, effective writing, managing an execution calendar
- Can present engaging content including video
- Thorough reporting and strategizing using analytics to support a range of activities
- Create exclusive, intriguing content based on accepted SEO methods and practices to drive traffic to out site(s)
- Editing, Managing web content for multiple site(s) product updates/pricing and keeping a current product catalog
- Make front end coding changes to content on websites. Requires Java and HTML *optional but preferred
- Help Manage Blog content and accurate descriptions based on current SEO practices
- Provide Lead Reporting and Nurturing information to pursue additional sales with each division
- Provide helpful insight into further sales development and promotional campaigns
- Maintain a consistent and productive content creation schedule. Ie. So many items will be requested for each day based on our targeted deadlines

- Programming experience HTML, CSS, JavaScript along with familiarity of Wordpress, Mailchimp or a similar program is preferred.
