We're looking for a
Technician, Publications in order to perform legal, marketing and various reports surrounding investment activities. These activities require meticulousness, managing several files simultaneously and good communication skills

Reporting to the Director, Business Relationship Management, your main responsibilities will be to:

Produce and review reports, monthly and quarterly publications thus requiring constant coordination of any changes and evolution of publications and reports in collaboration with the team analyst
Produce various monthend reports for internal and external purposes
Perform the processing and sending of monthly and quarterly data for external suppliers and consultants
Collaborate with analysts on special mandates and, if necessary, make recommendations on procedures to be implemented or improved

Requirements:

College diploma or university degree in administration or a related field
1 to 2 years of experience in investment operations
Knowledge in Securities
Excellent French and English language skills, both oral and written, due to frequent interactions with clients and internal and external colleagues/partners across Canada and United States.
