Description
MGIS Inc. is looking for qualified and experienced Administrative Assistants.This is a contract opportunity and will require a valid Secret level II security clearance.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Review and correct official documents, letters, and correspondence
- Tracking files, updating schedules & calendars, org charts and nominal role
- Capturing information using an electronic tracking system
- Proper preparation and processing of documents
- Planning and updating information for meetings, working groups and quarterly travel plans
- Taking general, not verbatim, minutes at meetings
- Editing, proofreading, and finalizing correspondence, reports, statements, invoices, forms, presentations, and other documents
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Clear understanding and prior experience with an administrative support position related to the government and public service
- Must have a valid government security clearance (Secret level II)

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 48 weeks
Salary:
$21.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

Hybrid remote in Ottawa, ON
